We offer both Bid Quotes or Cost-Plus pricing depending on individual client needs.
Rates:
General Labor = $35.00 per/man/hr
Skilled Labor = $45.00 per/man/hr
Superintendant & Project Manager = $55.00 per/man/hr
General Contractor $65.00 per/man/hr
Cost-Plus:
Cost means all expenses related to completion of the work added to the labor rates and totaled.
Plus is a 10%-20% contractor fee based on the size & scope of the work which is added to the cost for the final amount billed for the work.

Custom breakdowns of estimated project cost are $35.00 per/man/hr
All Maintenance is Cost-Plus with a set rate of $45.00 per/man/hr, related expenses, plus 10% Contractor Fee.
